The Gift of Words
Penn State University gave me the gift of words not only as a student but as a free-thinker and a competent citizen of the world. My life at Penn State challenged me to think and write my way through difficult issues that challenged both my perspective and my comfort levels. As a student, the most important lesson I have learned is to keep an open mind and use words as a means of expression and a way to communicate ideas. Below is a collection of my writing about some of the more controversial issues I have had the pleasure to think about.
